CORE Team

CORE Team – The Campus Ministry CORE Team was organized to provide an opportunity for a representative group of students from the Loras Community to plan, coordinate and evaluate the activities and programs sponsored by Campus Ministry. CORE Team builds Community on campus, encourages Outreach and service to others, as well as, Reflection and prayer, and Empowers Loras community members to share their gifts! CORE assists with "pastoral planning" for our faith community. This is primarily about prayer, compassion, hospitality and discipleship. Domingo (Sunday) Discussions are held every Sunday at Noon in the Pub. This is a time when students can come together to reflect on Sunday's scripture. Domingo Discussions give students time to read, reflect, and discuss scripture together before Sunday Eucharist at 8pm. This opportunity for reflection allows students to have a deeper understanding of the scriptures each week.
