There are over 40 majors, minors and programs to choose from.  If you are undecided about a major, don’t worry!  Your academic advisor will help you find the right blend of classes to fit with your interests.   Loras academics emphasize active learning, with many of the classes going beyond traditional lecture-style teaching to include interactive, hands-on projects. The student-faculty ratio of 13:1 and small classes allow students to form working relationships with professors. Also, as a liberal arts college, regardless of your major you will be exposed to a variety of subject matter, providing you a well-rounded education.
