Loras College offers renewable tuition awards for qualified, incoming, full-time transfer students. Along with excellent academics, Loras College has 21 sports with the most broad-based athletics program in the Iowa Conference, one of the nation’s most respected and competitive NCAA Division III conferences. We also offer many clubs and organizations for you to explore. ADMISSION OF TRANSFER STUDENTS
To apply for transfer admission, you need to::
• Review our Community College Articulation Agreements (if applicable)
• Schedule a campus visit
• Submit official transcripts from all colleges you have attended
• Apply for Admission ($25 non-refundable application fee is waived when you apply online)
• Submit official high school transcripts (showing your date of graduation) or GED certificate
• Submt ACT or SAT scores
You may transfer in a maximum of 64 credits from an accredited two-year institution, or 90 credits from an accredited four-year institution. You may combine credits from both two-year and four-year colleges, but the maximum number of transfer credits Loras will accept is 90. Only courses in which you have earned a grade of "C" or higher will be considered for transfer credit.
