
From pay advices to projectors and telephones to training, the Department of Information Technology provides support for more than computer hardware. Comprised of four departments, we help to support the technology infrastructure, hardware, software, programming and support needs of the entire campus community.
Information Services provides support to develop, implement, upgrade and maintain Loras College’s main information systems. We work with other departments to provide system analysis, programming, testing, maintenance, training and general support. We support the information system needs of all administrative departments.
Media Services supports all multimedia, broadcasting and live presentation needs for speakers, sporting events and concerts.
Network Services and Telecommunications provides support for the entire network, wireless access points, Internet, e-mail and IP telephony system.
Technology Support Services provides customer service for the technology needs of the campus. We support and repair the laptops, desktops, campus labs and network printers. We support and educate faculty, staff and students on new technology resources, computer use and desktop applications.
