finding your niche

College is more than homework and finals. The life of the Loras student is a combination of academic responsibility and social interaction, complete with character-building opportunities you won’t soon forget. While academics are a priority, the bulk of your time on campus is actually spent outside of the classroom. That’s why we offer nearly 150 clubs, organizations, and campus activities that welcome your involvement and help you create a sense of home. From the moment you step on campus, we help you build an experience that encompasses all of your interests and provides you with a community of support. Whether you want to continue an old hobby or try something new, it’s available at Loras.

get involvedInvolvement & Leadership
There are a variety of opportunities for you to get involved in the Loras Community from your first year through your senior year and everything in between. We have designed programs that are focused on providing educational and social experiences for each student. These programs focus on developing organizational, problem-solving and collaboration skills along with the opportunities to explore personal values and beliefs while discovering your responsibility in citizenship.

Parents can get involved as well. We provide a variety of programs for parents to become connected to campus throughout the year.
