We help students understand their career-related interests, preferences, strengths and values. Students are actively engaged in networking opportunities with various organizations and alumni and can attend workshops on resume writing, interview skills, simulation interviews, and job search strategies. Many students have found that our career fairs or networking events have led to internships and, for some, job offers after graduation!
The outcomes are impressive. On research conducted on the post-baccalaureate destinations of the Class of 2013, 98.7% of the graduates reported being employed and/or continuing their education. Among the more recognizable workplaces were: Ralston Foods, Chicago Board of Trade, KPMG, McKesson, McGraw Hill, Wells Fargo Financial, Minnesota Timberwolves, Jesuit Volunteer Corps, Make a Wish Foundation of Illinois, Major League Soccer, Smurfit Kappa, Lutheran Services of Iowa and many more.
