Service and Social Justice Experience Trips need your support!

Did you or a friend go on a Loras College service trip?  Maybe to McKee, KY or Grainger County, TN?

The Loras College Service Trip team needs your help.  Currently our team organizes nine service and social justice trips throughout the academic year, sending Duhawks across the United States and the world to serve communities in need.  Students work construction, teach young children, and learn about peacebuilding and the personal struggles people face every day.  Through this witness of love, perseverance and hope, our students grow as individuals and carry these interactions and experiences with them back to Loras and beyond.

With your help, we can build up the service trip program, offering new locations while keeping costs down for students.  No students should be denied this experience due to cost.  We want all students to be able to participate in a service or social justice trip during their time at Loras, and you can make that happen.

Please consider a gift to the Loras College Service Trip program.  Our goal is to raise $6,000.00, which will be used to defray costs of the nine trips we currently offer and to expand into new locations, especially those impacted by recent disasters.
