Vicki Allendorf - Executive Director and Founder of the National Non Profit I Hate Heroin. Starting out as a  Facebook page four years ago Vicki has grown the page into a following of almost 200,000 page members.  I Hate heroin is now an official local and federal non profit.  I Hate Heroin is leading the nation in addiction awareness efforts as well as bringing about a change in attitude toward substance use disorders and the STIGMA associated with the disease of addiction.
 
Officer Al Fear - Police officer from Cedar Rapids Iowa. He is currently assigned to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Northern District, as the coordinator for the Eastern Iowa Heroin Initiative. Officer Fear has been recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Cedar Rapids Police Department for his work in community outreach.  Officer Fear has his Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hays State University.  His career experience includes patrol, narcotics, criminal interdiction, K9 and SWAT.
 
Pat Reinert - Deputy Criminal Chief for the District with an emphasis on the opioid crisis.  Pat is a 1983 graduate of Iowa State University, a 1986 graduate of the University of Iowa, College of Law, and a 2005 graduate of the U.S. Army War College with a Masters in Strategic Studies.  Pat has been an Assistant United States Attorney in the Northern District of Iowa since December of 1990.
