Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
All families are encouraged to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), available online. Many forms of financial assistance are not available to students who do not complete the FAFSA.
Iowa College Student Aid Commission
The Iowa College Student Aid Commission is a state agency dedicated to making the path to education and training beyond high school easier for Iowans. Iowa College Aid provides college access, career planning, financial literacy, default prevention and outreach services that prepare students to enter and succeed in post-secondary education.
Private College 529 Plan
A 529 Plan is an education savings plan operated by a state or educational institution designed to help families set aside funds for future college costs.
Financial Aid and Scholarships
Currently, 100% of incoming students receive Loras scholarships or other financial assistance from a variety of sources, including grants, loans and work study.
